In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tawa55", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to tawa55 and its operating entity, including all affiliated brands, subdomains, and services accessible via tawa55.cam.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tawa55 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the tawa55 platform, created in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's tawa55 account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a player by tawa55, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible betting market offered on the tawa55 platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by tawa55 to confirm a player's identity, age, and place of residence prior to processing withdrawals.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which tawa55 accounts are denominated.
• "Eligible Payment Method" means any bank transfer or e-wallet service approved by tawa55 for deposits and withdrawals, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the tawa55 platform is technically or legally prohibited.

By accessing the tawa55 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and tawa55.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tawa55 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on tawa55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. tawa55 operates a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia, or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tawa55, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from tawa55 or any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as a nominee for any third party when registering or using the platform.

To access the full functionality of tawa55, including placing wagers and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on tawa55. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If tawa55 detects multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be closed and balances may be withheld pending investigation.
• During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) number or equivalent identification, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not use a fictitious name, pseudonym, or another person's identity when registering. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and may result in account closure and legal action.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. tawa55 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify tawa55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via the channels described in Clause 17.
• tawa55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

tawa55 is committed to operating a secure and compliant gaming platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal and at any point where tawa55 deems further verification necessary.

The KYC process requires you to submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving Licence (SIM) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia, issued within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to you — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number, or equivalent confirmation for OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.

tawa55 may request additional documentation at any time if there are reasonable grounds to do so, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, age misrepresentation, or identity discrepancy. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

tawa55 accepts deposits from players using the following eligible payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no currency conversion fees applied by tawa55.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 for most payment methods. Rp 20.000 applies to certain bank transfer channels including CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP.
• Maximum deposit: Per-transaction and daily deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the tawa55 platform.
• Processing time: Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are typically credited to your tawa55 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB).
• Source of funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing bank account or e-wallet does not belong to the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the originating account.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is not credited to your tawa55 account within 30 minutes of a confirmed transfer, you must contact our support team with proof of transaction (e.g., a bank transfer receipt or e-wallet screenshot). tawa55 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours.
• No cash deposits: tawa55 does not accept cash payments under any circumstances. All deposits must be made electronically via an eligible payment method.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction across all eligible payment methods.
• Maximum withdrawal: Per-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are shown within the tawa55 withdrawal interface at the time of request.
• Processing time: tawa55 processes withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically within 15 minutes to 1 hour during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are generally processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside standard processing hours may be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal method matching: tawa55 applies a payment-method matching policy: where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Pending wagers: Withdrawals cannot be processed while wagering requirements on active bonus funds remain unfulfilled. Players must complete or forfeit active bonuses before initiating a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance.
• KYC hold: tawa55 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players are advised to complete KYC as early as possible to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.

tawa55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and BRI Liga 1 milestones. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3, have completed registration, and satisfy any additional conditions specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated at the point of each bonus activation.
• Minimum odds: Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements may be restricted to bets placed at minimum odds as specified per promotion. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
• tawa55 discretion: tawa55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus granted in error or where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or misrepresentation.

All wagers placed on the tawa55 platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific, game-specific, and market-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the tawa55 platform.

• Bet confirmation: A wager is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the corresponding stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to have been placed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement within the tawa55 interface and may vary by market, event, and account status.
• Obvious errors: tawa55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly posted in error (e.g., prices substantially outside market rates due to a data feed or human error). In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• Event cancellation: If an event on which a wager has been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, the wager will typically be voided and the stake returned. Sport-specific rules governing abandonment scenarios are published on the platform.
• Live betting: Bets placed in live (in-play) markets are subject to the prevailing odds at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Delays between placing and confirmation may result in the bet being processed at revised odds. In such cases, tawa55 will notify the player of the revised odds and offer the option to accept or decline.
• Mix parlay (mix parlay — accumulator) rules: In a mix parlay wager, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection in the parlay is voided (e.g., due to match cancellation), the leg is removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining odds.
• Togel rules: Wagers placed on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are subject to the specific draw schedules, prize tables, and result confirmation processes published within the tawa55 togel section.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tawa55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus distributions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether in games, odds, or deposit/withdrawal systems — rather than reporting them to tawa55 support.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the tawa55 platform as a vehicle for processing illicitly obtained funds.
• Depositing funds using a payment account that does not belong to the registered player.
• Accessing the tawa55 platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any real-money game or sporting event in which you have placed a wager (match-fixing).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward tawa55 staff or other platform users.

tawa55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Confirmed engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against tawa55 by the player or the player's bank.
• At the player's own request, including where a self-exclusion has been requested under the tawa55 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tawa55 will communicate the reason and the expected investigation timeline to the player via their registered email address. Players may appeal account suspension decisions by contacting tawa55 support as described in Clause 17.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any unfulfilled bonus funds) will be returned to the player's nominated payment method within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tawa55 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the tawa55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was caused or facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Errors in game outcomes, odds, or results caused by third-party data providers, software suppliers, or network issues outside tawa55's direct control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking systems, e-wallet providers, or interbank infrastructure.
• Loss of winnings or other financial harm arising from your voluntary participation in any game, wager, or promotional activity on the platform.

tawa55's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their tawa55 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tawa55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the binding agreement between you and tawa55.

By registering an account on tawa55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support communications.

tawa55 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Players may at any time request the activation of the following responsible gaming controls via the tawa55 support team:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses.
• Session time limits: Automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: A temporary suspension of betting activity for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: A longer-term exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent, during which the player's account will be suspended and they will be prevented from re-registering.

tawa55 strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction and actively trains its support team to identify and sensitively respond to signs of problem gambling. tawa55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tawa55 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the tawa55 platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the tawa55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

The version of these Terms currently published at tawa55.cam/terms-conditions constitutes the binding version applicable to all active accounts. The effective date and last-updated date are displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tawa55 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that territory.

Nothing in this clause prevents tawa55 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
